Data Protection

Zanshin Software is a Brazilian company and, as such, is subject to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the protocols established by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
We also maintain access logs for each user in our products for six months, recording each page visited or action taken, as required by the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet. All access to the system is secured through SSL encryption protocols.
However, it’s important to note that no system is infallible. We cannot guarantee, with 100% certainty, the impossibility of breaches, as this depends on technological and human factors that may be beyond our control.

With respect to MartialWave, we emphasize the following:

• In the event of account cancellation, whether due to non-payment or at the subscriber’s request, all data will be deleted, without the possibility of recovery.
• During support, we may access your database to assist in problem resolution, but we will never make edits.
• It is the responsibility of the account owner to manage and safeguard user access, including access to inactive records.
• MartialWave data is stored on DigitalOcean, which has its own certifications and policies: https://www.digitalocean.com/trust/certification-reports.
