One of the most requested features from our clients has been student access to the gym’s management system—whether through an app-like experience or via browser. With the latest update to MartialWave, your dojo can now subscribe to this powerful new package designed specifically for students.
With this new feature enabled, you can send invitation emails to active students already registered in the software, allowing them to create their own user accounts under the platform’s terms of use. Once registered, students gain access to a dedicated Student Area linked directly to your MartialWave account.
From this area, students can view their personal details, track belt rank progress, monitor attendance records, and consult detailed class schedules for all the programs they are enrolled in. If your gym has activated the billing module, students will also be able to see past payments, track upcoming dues, and — thanks to a smooth integration with PayPal — pay their invoices directly from their phones with just a few taps. This makes the entire experience more convenient, professional, and user-friendly.
Access is available through any modern web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, etc.) on any device connected to the internet—there’s no need to download a separate app. For added convenience, students can add a shortcut to their device’s home screen, as outlined in our Help Center. Alternatively, they can log in by visiting our website, clicking the “Sign In” button, and selecting the “Student Access” option.
